From one step to another may have only a few inches or all of an abyss. In the case of GEM, we are experiencing that every small step can be a huge distance traveled. Surprise us, exceeding our expectations and we are delighted that GEMA is growing so fast. We do not mean only the number of members that is increasing, but the strength of the bonds that are being built. In each encounter we do every month, which we call "Building Ties" can be observed that what until a few months ago were small meetings to present and exchange of cards, has become a large group of women from the most various activities and professions, engage in a loop interaction and commitment. Interaction through which we can call out our names and keep in touch via mail form a true community of ongoing consultation and engagement manifested in the desire to participate in all the members who, together in different subgroups, we address issues and propose different activities to contribute to common development and help from our particular knowledge to all who require it.
Growth in number of members enables the growth of interaction and participation. Engaging increasingly are building a real Sense of Belonging ", a space in which we can speak with freedom and confidence, exposing our needs and offering our suggestions.

From birth, belonging to different groups is what allows us to forge our personality and grow. Family First, then social institutions, we always need to "belong" a group to move forward. Therefore, in GEM as in many other areas of life, diversity sum. Because everyone is unique, unparalleled and irreplaceable. Because everyone from our knowledge and skills to boost growth.
